Shipping & Delivery

COVID-19 update: Due to COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays for international orders. Sorry for any inconveniences caused. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

To ensure that every item is up to our high standard, we need 1-3 business days to process your order to ship. You can use the tracking number we send to you to follow the order status on our website or the official shipping carrier website.

We currently only conduct business in the United States and Canada.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are $5.99 for orders up to $59.00. Orders over $59.00 have free Shipping. Payments will be displayed at checkout.

CA 7-18 Business Days

We also provide the DHL Express shipping method; The shipping charges are $40.00 for orders below $200.00. Orders over $200.00 have free shipping, and the shipping times are around 3-8 Business Days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
*We do not guarantee shipping times. For specific circumstances, you need to consult the logistics service company.

Custom / Duty fees / Remittance fee

The product price does not include any tax.

Customers shall be responsible for Duty and Tax.
Customers shall be responsible for customs clearance.
Customers shall be held responsible for shipment pricing/charges due to abandonment, rejection, undeliverable, or return caused by the custom’s clearance process.

*Please note: all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages. Please check your local customs website for more information.

We accept payments in U.S. dollars. If you are making payments in other currencies, the bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please consult your bank.

Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package, a tracking number, and a link to the shipping company’s website. To track your package, click on the link provided.

Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the shipment status, and your tracking link may not work immediately. In any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.

If you don’t receive your order, please get in touch with us within 45 days after dispatch of the order.
For orders within 45 days after dispatch:

Customer responsibility: Input wrong address, etc. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Dtbaby responsibility: Full refund include shipping fee, or resend for products you did not receive.

Defective or Damaged Product? 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at support@dtbaby.com, and we will gladly send you a new one! If you do not inform us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or faulty when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without notifying us of the damage, we will not be able to process the return.
