Most frequent questions and answers

No, you do not need to have an account to place an order on our website. However, it is recommended to make an account to check and manage your order status during the delivery process.

You can cancel or modify an order within 24 hours from purchase by contacting support@dtbaby.com

You can quickly pay through PayPal. When placing an order with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account. Please click “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” on the PayPal payment page, and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

After you place an order, you will receive a tracking number in your Email. You can either track your order through track my order page.

We accept exchanges or returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns after this period. Please contact us via support@dtbaby.com if you require an exchange or return, along with the reason. For more information, see the Returns and Refunds page.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
